As the government works towards its net Zero target, it has introduced new EPC compliance levels. The road map to net zero 2050 for non domestic properties is staged. From the 1st of April 2023, all non domestic properties are required to have an EPC in place. Currently the minimum standards for EPCs are an E rating.
